I think I’m getting the hang of this. The first photo’s angle doesn’t show it, but the bread is a good 3″ above the edge of the pan. They really poofed up!
P.S. I tried the “Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day” and it sucked. It’s quick, I’ll give ’em that, but the flavor is just not there. It might be better if I leave their dough in the fridge for a week or so, but by then, might as well make sourdough.
